Simple, but delicious recipe. When my mother and I went up north to visit my Grandpa, I made these to go with our pasta dinner. It goes great with bread too. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- Two or three tablespoons of oil
- Three medium bell peppers (any color) sliced thin
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Cut the peppers to be about 1 cm apart. The thinner they are the faster they will cook.
- Heat up the oil in a medium to large fry pan
- Fry until they start to blacken. You don't want them to be too black though.
- Serve immediately
