Today I learned how to make Truffle Truffles with my one of my mom's best friends, Ms.Swanson! I could't have done it without her, because I didn't completely understand the tempering part. We didn't add very much white truffle oil in them, but when I bit into them I could taste the truffle oil! I had a very fun time making them, and they tasted great! I want to make them again soon, so I remember how to do it on my own. Chocolate is also very messy to clean up.
