Chili



Recipe by Kathleen Novak

Serves: 5
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb of ground beef (1500 calories for 70% lean meat) 
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 1 can of dark kidney beans
  • 1-2 tablespoons of chili sauce
  • Salt to taste
Directions:
  • Brown the beef in a pot
  • Add the can of tomato soup and dark kidney beans
  • Add the chili sauce and salt if needed.
  • Add ¾ of water into the soup can and pour into the chili mixture. 
  • Simmer for 30 minutes until thick
Calories: 2150 for whole recipe
