Serves: 5
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef (1500 calories for 70% lean meat)
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 can of dark kidney beans
- 1-2 tablespoons of chili sauce
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Brown the beef in a pot
- Add the can of tomato soup and dark kidney beans
- Add the chili sauce and salt if needed.
- Add ¾ of water into the soup can and pour into the chili mixture.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until thick
