Serves: 3
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ricotta
- 1/4 cup parmigiano
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2 T melted butter, cooled slightly
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1 cup flour
- Butter
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl
- Shape into logs.
- Cut into 2 inch pieces.
- Cook for around 4 minutes in a pan with some butter.
- Finish in a bit of butter with sage and parmigiano or with a red sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
