Beef Stir Fry with Noodles

Beef Stir Fry with Udon Noodles
Yesterday, I invited a friend over to make beef stiry fry with udon noodles and sczechuan beans. My friend made the szechuan beans. This beef was a 16 ounce sirloin steak. I cooked the beef perfectly. It had the right amount of pink "rarity" inside and the udon noodles tas Bted just great with the right amount of celery/celery leaves and bean sprouts. After I cooked the beef, I cut it into thin pieces, unlike the second where you cut the beef before you stir fry it.
This recipe is taken from Noodles- The New Way by Sri Owen

Beef Stir Fry with Noodles (Ramen or Stirfry noodles)
The first time that I made beef stir fry with noodles I used ramen noodles, because I thought they would work just as well as stir fry noodles work. I added beans and peppers too, even though the recipe did not call for it. The beef was a little overcooked, but it still tasted really good. The second time I made this recipe it went perfectly. The beef was moist and great! I also made this recipe up.
