My mom made ricotta fritters with powdered sugar this week for Sunday brunch. They are almost like doughnuts holes. I would give them a 9/10. They were very delicious, but there was a strange aftertaste which turned out to be the brandy. The brandy taste did not go very well for me. Perhaps, it's because my taste buds have still not developed.
Next week she said she would try them again. She will make them without brandy and with more vanilla.
