Chocolate Cut-Out Stars

A very bittersweet chocolate cookie topped with some powder sugar. My family and I normally make this cookie for Christmas. This is one of the cookies that I will also be selling this summer at a few farmer's markets in Frederick, Maryland. They are very easy and take little effort. Make sure to chill the dough a little before rolling it out. It also helps to roll the dough with a rolling pin sleeve, so the dough won't stick to the table. You can shape them into any shape you want. I love to make them into stars or ice-cream cones.
